This program is for you!
Destiny Wellness combines 21 thirty minute personal training sessions with a phenominal nutrition program. That is 21 personal training sessions to help you lose weight quickly and safely. Clients have excellent success with this program. Men will typically lose 12-18 pounds of fat. Women typically lose 8-12 pounds of fat.
Program goals: Weight loss, and increase strength, metabolism and energy
