Welcome to Destiny Recovery and Wellness Centre ​

DRAWC was created in honour of Destiny Amanda Demas, a vibrant young woman who lost her life to an accidental overdose. Her mother is a co-founder, along with a team of Indigenous and LGBTQIA2+ women with deep roots in healthcare and community work. DRAWC is a space for healing, hope, and transformation.

Our approach is rooted in land-based healing — guided by traditional teachings, ceremony, and the wisdom of Elders. We understand the deep connection between wellness and the land, especially in remote and rural Indigenous communities. We believe in culturally grounded, trauma-informed care, creating space for true, whole-person healing.
