Fitness & Movement

At DRAWC, we believe healing is holistic, and that includes reconnecting with your body through movement, strength, and physical wellness. Our Fitness Program blends traditional and modern approaches to exercise in a supportive and empowering environment. Clients have access to a fully equipped workout space featuring both cardio machines and weightlifting equipment, with guided support for all levels of ability.

Our in-house fitness trainer, Audrey, brings years of experience to the program, including competitive bodybuilding and personal training. Her approach centers on building confidence, balance, and physical resilience focusing not just on appearance, but on function, strength, and overall well-being.

In addition to structured fitness sessions, we encourage daily movement through nature walks across our expansive 80-acre property, allowing time to reconnect with the land while supporting cardiovascular health. Clients can also participate in wood chopping, a traditional and therapeutic form of functional strength training that fosters a sense of purpose and grounding.

Whether you're lifting in the gym, walking the land, or stacking firewood for winter, movement at Destiny is about rebuilding connection, to your body, your strength, and your sense of self.
